You will be a key member of the administration and customer service team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Answering online chats
  • Taking orders via telephone and in person
  • Processing card payments via online terminal or card machine
  • Processing online orders
  • General administration and data input
  • Answering the telephone and answering email queries
  • Greeting customers and visitors
  • General filing, entering data and keeping files up to date
  • Booking customer collections and deliveries
  • Taking part in trade shows
  • Increased responsibilities are available depending on performance

There are also great opportunities to help expand the ever growing business and be trained in other areas such as website editing, online marketing, photo and video editing.
