You will assist the Apprenticeship team with a range of administration duties in order to achieve the departments overall goals.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Deal with internal and external telephone enquiries received on the Business and Training’s main reception telephone
  • Play a key role in the maintenance of the Customer Record Management (CRM) system: adding new employers, updating accounts, adding new learners and withdrawals, adding documents etc
  • Assist with managing email data on the CRM in line with the data protection regulations: keeping a record of those who have opted in and out
  • General data cleansing of the CRM involving telephone contact with employers
  • Assisting with digital marketing campaigns: preparing data from the CRM, sending emails etc
  • Preparing Apprenticeship Agreement paperwork
  • Preparing for events and exhibitions
  • Logging assessor paperwork
  • Initial assessments of learners if required
  • Monitoring employer contributions for new starts
  • Ordering stationary
  • Auditing start and leaver paperwork
  • General support with arranging learner interviews with employers when required
  • Other general administrative duties such as dealing with post, filing, archiving,  meeting minutes, making up learner files, general letter writing etc
  • Any other ad hoc duties
