Essential duties and responsibilities:
HR administration:
Creation and processing of contracts, new starter information and other employee related letters
Setting up of employee files
Liaise and support with payroll processing
Provide recruitment support including co-ordination and administration of interviews and other recruitment administration
Provide support and cover in the absence of the HR Advisors as appropriate
HRIS:
Management of the HRIS including the timely update & retrieval of information from IFS database including new starters, personal details, time and attendance
Resolves employee queries such as clock anomalies, holiday requests and job booking problems
Create relevant Management Information Reports such as: absence reporting, headcount and attrition, movement of labour, analysis of hours worked and overtime reporting, HR KPI Data and Management of TEC (total employment costs), recruitment Statistics and Equal Opportunities monitoring, ad hoc requests from management
IFS data administrator:
Administration of the IFS system for production teams, including timely update and maintenance of shop orders, costings, ‘blue press cards’
Create relevant Management Information Reports such as ‘Haemonetics Tool Totals’ and Production KPI Data
Provide relevant information to finance for accounts processing
General administration:
Update organisation charts
May arrange business travel & co-ordinate meetings
Provides secretarial/administrative support across all areas and levels of the organisation as required
Maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organisation
Ensure prompt responses to employee and managers requests/queries in a professional helpful manner
Ensure confidentiality at all times with HR information

To always adhere to and champion the Health & Safety, environmental statutory and company rules and regulations
To remain compliant to and champion the Responsible Business Programme for Morgan Advanced Materials
