Daily emails come through many of which are to enquire about prices
for repair, these require a little time to process and give a concise
reply back. Many times we cannot quote for repairs over the phone
until we have checked supplier stock and cost so taking details
down correctly so we can call back is a key part in ensuring good
Stock can arrive every day which requires checking and booking
in so we can inform the customer if they are waiting to drop their
device off for repair.
Stock management is required weekly to check if levels listed on
the retail system tally up with physical stock and any discrepancies
are reported then rectified.
Parts marked for return require checking invoice numbers so we
can return to the correct supplier first time so a refund or
replacement is made ASAP.
