Our Apprenticeships in Customer Service are designed to meet the skill needs of employers by attracting new talent and/or helping to up skill your existing workforce. This Apprenticeship recognises the key roles staff play in determining the quality of the customer experience and in increasing customer loyalty.
This Apprenticeship equips apprentices with vital skills, knowledge and understanding required to provide a quality service. There are various optional units available for the apprentice to undertake to suit your business needs.

Intermediate (Level 2)
Advanced (Level 3)
An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service lasts 12 months.
An Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service lasts 18 months.
College attendance for approximately 25 weeks or until all exams, workbooks and functional skills are complete.
One to one meetings with an assessor in the workplace.
Functional skills if required.
An apprentice must be:
Employed for a minimum of 30 hours.
Paid at least the minimum apprentice wage, currently £3.70 per hour.
Allowed 20% of their contracted hours to be used for Off-the-job Training.
EMPLOYER INCENTIVE PAYMENT
If you employ a 16-18 year old you may be entitled to £1000 government incentive.
