VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management

The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management (QCF) is an advanced qualification that has been specifically designed for existing or aspiring salon managers. The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management (QCF) is a vocationally related qualification, as the units contained in this qualification cover skills and knowledge required for this role. Throughout this qualification you will plan the management of products and services for your salon by; analysing data for planning purposes, set operational objectives, monitor working practices, evaluate stock control and equipment levels and provide recommendations to increase salon revenue. You will research, monitor and recommend improvements to ensure the health, safety and security, the quality of client care and management of sales for your salon. This qualification includes all the required elements to work effectively allowing you to develop both management and technical skills required for the role of hair and beauty salon manager.

    You are required to hold a Level 3 in Hair or Beauty. It is desirable that applicants hold GCSE passes at grades C or above for English and Maths
