Level 3 90 Credit Diploma In Sport and Exercise Science.

Sport and Outdoor Activities continues to be one of the fastest growing employment sectors and consequently offers a vast range of career opportunities with Tour operators, Tourist Boards, leisure centres, Hotels and Sports clubs as well as Education and Health. This course will enable you to develop a range of high level work and life skills including leadership, teamwork, problem solving and decision making that will prepare you for a diverse range of careers within the sports sector.

    To apply for a place on this highly popular course, you need to hold at least 4 GCSEs or equivilant at grade 'C' or above, preferably including Science, English and Maths. You should be able to work as part of a team as well as being independent and willing to experience and explore new things.
  • Where does this course lead to?
    Progression from the 90 credit diploma leads to a 2nd year on an extended diploma 180 credit course.
  • What Qualifications will be Gained?
    At the end of the first year you will achieve the 90 credit diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, (equivalent to 3 AS levels) this leads in to the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, on completion of year 2. This is equivalent to 3 full A levels.
