Former music student, Jordan Statham, who completed his Music Performance Level 3 qualification at Kidderminster College, is now working as Assistant Manager at FAC (Featured Artists Coalition).

The FAC nurtures a community of artists and provides support, advice and education to empower artist entrepreneurs in the ever evolving music industry. This includes running workshops, mentoring and networking sessions for its members.

FAC’s Board of Directors include Ed O’Brien (Radio Head), Dave Rowntree (Blur), Nick Mason (Pink Floyd), Imogen Heap, Katie Melua and Sandie Shaw.

Jordan’s role is very varied, looking after membership, managing socials, policies and marketing, attending FAC events and organising workshops, guest speakers and masterclasses such as Spotify for artist workshops. The FAC also co-host with the MMF (Music Managers Forum) Artist & Manager awards of which Jordan is involved in planning and production.

Jordan, who completed his qualification in 2014, says, ‘Kidderminster College marked the start of my pursuit of chasing a dream to work in the music Industry. The guidance and knowledge of the exceptional industry figures they have as tutors, has equipped me with the tools needed to carve out a career in the music industry.”
